Calculation of moment capacity

The calculation proceeds in the same way as a non-fire exposed section, but uses the reduced cross-section and reduced reinforcement and concrete parameters. 

The calculation can be carried out with f_yd = f_2.0 or f_yd = f_0.2 for reinforcement depending on the limits for the deformation in fire.
